I had a very calm, two-step EDF process with a role supervisor where the emphasis was clearly on motivation rather than technical depth.

Supervisor screen — I spoke with the service supervisor; there were no technical questions, and we focused on my profile, motivations, and interest in the role, with time for my questions.
Second step (implied within the two stages) — The overall process remained simple and relaxed. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the role fit and enthusiasm mattered more than technical testing in this stage.
