My process felt long and low-feedback: I went through several rounds, but ultimately I didn’t get an offer and communication lagged.

Initial interview — I had a good-feeling initial conversation with friendly interviewers.
Competency-oriented later rounds — I went through additional interviews that were more competency-based than technical, and I was told the next step would follow.
Extended wait with no clarity — Over months, there was no meaningful update, and when I asked about feedback I received only vague guidance.
Long evaluation window — In parallel, my experience also included an extended wait for a final response, with timing sometimes aligned to internal deadlines.
Outcome: No
