I went through a tougher EDF hiring journey with multiple gates—logic/personality testing, a more structured personality assessment, and several interviews—which felt almost like an evaluation rather than a conversation, stretched across several stages.

Pre-screen via recruiter/external firm — I did screening through a recruitment cabinet, with tests of logic and/or personality plus an early specialist interview.
Situational/ability testing — I completed online situational questions and verbal/numerical reasoning-style tests; the experience felt exam-like.
Extended personality assessment — I encountered longer personality testing (including cases lasting hours) and an additional personality interview with an HR-focused cabinet.
Manager/engineering interviews (possibly cross-interviews) — I was then judged in meetings
