eClerx Financial Analyst interview experience

The process had four rounds total, and overall it seemed like one of the easier ones at eClerx.

What really stood out wasn’t the interview difficulty, but the job context afterward. The offers were commonly tied to night shift, and the salary was considered low even though the work itself was positioned as good for learning finance. I didn’t receive an offer, but the main reflection I left with was that the selection felt simple while the role’s conditions were the bigger trade-off.
