eClerx Financial Analyst interview experience

The flow was basically an aptitude test first, then an HR round, and finally a manager round.

The questions in each stage were on the simpler side, and the whole thing moved smoothly. The team I interacted with felt cooperative throughout, which made the experience less stressful than I expected. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself left me with a positive, low-friction impression.
