My first round was an in-person screening where the interviewer focused on getting a sense of my communication and basics.

They asked things like a short self-introduction and about my skills, then moved into discussion-style questions.

The second part included a couple of questions that were framed around customer care and day-to-day project scenarios, along with prompts to share whether I had questions and how I handled issues that might come up. Overall it felt like a basic filter on how I’d communicate and whether I could follow through with the project requirements, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
