eClerx Financial Analyst interview experience

Easy

Negative

PunePosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started promisingly but ended up feeling unprofessional and frustrating.

The initial round took a long time—almost a month just for the first round after selection activity. After I cleared aptitude, it took another long stretch before the final operational round.

I ended up clearing that final step, and they said they would send an offer letter. But after that, there was no response to calls or messages, and I never received the offer. The overall difficulty was easy, but the lack of follow-through was what made the experience negative for me in the end.
