My process was time-consuming and took almost the entire day.

It started with a general introduction about the company and the role—what to expect and what the day-to-day might involve—so they could set context before testing.

Then I took an aptitude screening test that was very easy, and after that I had an operations face-to-face interview. If I was selected, they said they would tell me right at the venue, which added urgency to the waiting. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the hardest part for me wasn’t the operations interview itself—it was how slow and draining onboarding seemed afterward.
