My process started with a screening round where the focus was mainly on my communication—how fluent my English was and how well I could express myself.

If that went okay, I moved into an aptitude test that lasted about 1 hour 10 minutes.

After the aptitude portion, the HR round asked basic questions tied to finance or accounting. The final stage was a technical round, which pushed beyond communication and tested my knowledge more directly. The overall difficulty felt average, and while the steps were fairly standard, each stage clearly filtered for something specific. I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
