I experienced a multi-round technical flow with a Pluralsight-style test and a pairing exercise, emphasizing Java backend basics and how I approach coding.

HR phone screening — We discussed expectations and what I was looking for to confirm a match.
Conversation with technical lead + expert — We reviewed experience with many technical questions and a Pluralsight test.
Code pairing with team leads — I paired in a conference room, focusing on my approach and solution-making.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that live pairing and backend coding approach were key evaluation points.
