I interviewed for Dynatrace as a Software Engineer in a process that was either fast but ended with minimal feedback or was disrupted by communication issues, leaving me with an unsatisfying sense of closure.

Recruiter/early screen — some journeys were described as quick and easy, while others had scheduling/contact problems.
Technical or team interview — where it happened, I went through interview steps, but sometimes received no meaningful decision context.
No/limited follow-up — I was either emailed a brief, unkind rejection without details, or left waiting for long periods; in one case an interviewer didn’t show up and wouldn’t reply. Outcome: Rejected overall; the takeaway was that lack of timely, specific communication made the process feel especially draining.
