My process was tightly coordinated by the recruiter from their talent team, and I appreciated how much was explained upfront.

I had a discussion with the hiring manager, then a separate conversation with the VP of pre-sales, and there was also another demo plus presentation round.

The tone across the interviews was professional and straightforward, and the entire experience felt organized rather than chaotic. It wasn’t dragged out, and I never felt like I was guessing what was coming next.

Even with the smooth coordination and the structured rounds, I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the thing I remember most was how clearly they ran the steps and how well expectations were set before each stage.
