I interviewed for Dynatrace as a Software Engineer and found the early rounds easy and quick, but the outcome felt harsh and unsupported by the feedback I received.

HR interview (Barcelona) — friendly conversation.
Director + engineering managers (Tallinn) — I explained my experience; they asked short system design questions for about 10–15 minutes.
Rejection — about a week later I received a rejection email with feedback that felt irrelevant. Outcome: Rejected; the takeaway was that even a simple system-design discussion can end quickly if the decision doesn’t match the feedback tone.
