BulgariaPosted Jun 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had interviews that felt friendly and dialog-like, focused on technical fundamentals without heavy coding “quiz” pressure, and the atmosphere was consistently pleasant.

Technical sit-down / dialog — I had a conversation-style technical discussion, emphasizing fundamentals and topics like patterns rather than live coding.
Engaging recruiter/engineer conversation — In another similar experience, the interviewer explained company culture, projects, and role responsibilities while mixing in technical questions.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that I performed in a cooperative environment, but final selection still didn’t land.
