I interviewed for Dynatrace as a Software Engineer and the overall experience felt friendly and respectful, with questions that were mostly theoretical, and my main challenge being communicating clearly in English.

Interview rounds (multiple) — a warm conversation where we joked and showed mutual respect.
Technical discussion (theory) — I answered questions about the technologies involved and my previous experience, but I struggled to explain details due to English proficiency. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that even when questions aren’t extremely hard, communication can strongly influence how you’re evaluated.
