I had a constructive, corporate-feeling interview that mixed hierarchy conversations with colleagues and a mix of behavioral and light technical prompts.

Hierarchy + colleagues panel-style — Interviews with people in management and colleagues, including some technical questions.
Corporate HR/value questions — Several questions about how I work and typical HR themes, plus questions about company/site activities.
Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that they wanted alignment with corporate expectations and how you approach work in practice.
