Baton Rouge, LAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two lighter rounds that felt more conversational than technical, with a clear shift from team discussion to a quick manager meet-and-greet.

Panel-style interview (team-focused) — A first interview with a small group where questions were mostly situational and drew directly on my experience.
Meet-and-greet with manager — A more relaxed second conversation; I was essentially talking through fit and expectations rather than going deep on technical content.
Outcome: No offer, and I learned that in this track the emphasis was on communication and how your experience translates to practical situations.
