I interviewed through a career fair setup, which made the conversations brief and focused on fit rather than a deep technical evaluation.

Conference/career fair interview — An in-person conversation for about 30 minutes with team representatives; for an entry-level role, they asked general questions.
Career fair panel (student-focused) — Another student interview at a career fair with a friendly panel; they asked reasonable, relevant questions and valued prior work experience.
Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that these fast screens reward prior experience and how well you articulate motivation for the role.
