I ran into a logistics-and-timing failure after completing pre-employment steps, despite a contract timeline that sounded standard.

Pre-employment + extended review period — I went through a lengthy setup described as involving contracts with 6-month renewable cycles and an interview timeline stretching over about 1.5 years.
Pre-occupational step already completed — I had already completed the pre-employment assessment when I was later told I’d be considered for another selection.
Administrative mix-up — When they called, they said they had confused candidates, so I didn’t proceed. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that even a completed pre-screen can be derailed by simple administrative errors.
