I went to a structured job-opening fair that emphasized role matching and supported fast evaluation rather than deep technical probing.

Job opening fair (two days) — I attended an informative, interactive, supportive event where I was encouraged to apply across multiple roles.
“One to one” matching process — The evaluation used a one-to-one ranking method where interviewers and candidates rated fit from 1 to 5, and HR matched people to roles based on the closest alignment. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that the process leaned heavily on matching and clarity of fit across many options.
