Dominion Energy Software Engineer interview experience

The first interview was a video conference panel with three people, and the questions were grouped across several themes—planning, strategies, safety, and behavioral topics. For each prompt, I had to walk through the situation, what example I was drawing from, how I solved it, and what the results were. That first round lasted roughly an hour to an hour and a half.

Two days later, I got another call for an in-person meeting that included site visits. They showed me their facilities and work plan, and the conversation shifted toward how I would approach projects in this specific environment.
