Dominion Energy Software Engineer interview experience

I had an hour-long session that was either remote or set up like a panel format, but the rhythm was consistent: the questions were about strengths and weaknesses, times I handled tough situations, and how I approached conflict or problem-solving. There were only small technical touches alongside the behavioral portion rather than a real technical grilling.

I remember feeling the panel was attentive and friendly even while they watched closely. It was a bit intimidating at first—sitting across from multiple people who were all listening—but once we got into the flow, I felt more comfortable.
