Dominion Energy Software Engineer interview experience

It was brief and straightforward, and I didn’t get pulled into a technical discussion at all.

Even though the details were sparse, the intent was clear: they wanted to cover the basics of my background from an HR perspective rather than test my coding or engineering knowledge.

I didn’t receive an offer. The main reflection was that the interview felt more like a screening step than a substantive evaluation of my technical fit, so it left me with limited insight into how I would have performed on the engineering side.
