I didn’t really get an interview experience at all.

I was told to watch the videos before being put on the floor, but the hiring process never truly moved into a formal conversation. I also wasn’t given any rule handbook or any employee handbook information during onboarding, which left me feeling unprepared and like key basics weren’t being communicated. Since there wasn’t a real interview step, there also wasn’t a meaningful outcome beyond the awkward start.
