My experience felt frustrating because the process didn’t move like it should.

I had an initial phone conversation, and I was told I’d hear back from the next level manager to set up a second interview. I waited, and nothing happened for a long stretch of time.

Eventually I got a message trying to schedule the follow-up, but by then I was already committed elsewhere, so I didn’t show up. What stuck with me most was the lack of follow-through—no consistent communication, and the feeling that my time wasn’t being handled with care. In the end, I was left with a pretty negative impression, and I wasn’t interested in continuing with the company.
