For me, the process started with an HR step and then moved into a compact but structured sequence: a coding test, two coding interviews, and then HR again.

The coding test was a set of 20 multiple-choice questions covering quant and programming.

In the first coding interview, I was asked two coding questions. The second coding interview had a different flavor: I had to walk through my projects, then I was asked about one more coding problem. It felt like they were combining execution ability with how I talk about what I’ve built.

After the HR round, I ended up receiving an offer. The whole path felt designed to test both technical problem solving and communication about my background rather than only looking at algorithm performance.
