Disney+HotStar Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up speaking with a group of directors, and their questions centered on the job itself and how I intended to contribute over time.

I laid out what I planned to bring to the role and how I would add value as things moved forward. The tone felt supportive rather than adversarial, and the whole session wrapped up fast.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt smooth and respectful. I left feeling like the directors took the conversation seriously even though it didn’t turn into a final match.
