Disney+HotStar Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Positive

New York, NYPosted Dec 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Everything felt classy and well organized from the start.

I was invited for an onsite interview and they handled logistics like commutation, food, and amenities. The onsite itself ran for multiple rounds—somewhere around five or six—and the overall vibe felt smooth and process-driven.

The content wasn’t described in detail to me in the recap I received, but what I remember most was that nothing felt chaotic. It was an organized day with consistent pacing.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Even so, the experience didn’t feel negative—more like a professional interview day that was handled cleanly end to end.
