I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a three-stage process that felt thorough and ended with an offer after I cleared both technical and manager-focused rounds.

Technical test scheduling and evaluation — I first completed a technical test to assess my skills.
Technical interview — I discussed my experience in depth and answered a series of technical questions.
Hiring manager final interview — I covered career goals, skills, and why I was a fit.

Outcome: I received an email offer to join, and the takeaway was that the process was structured enough to clearly showcase both skill and motivation.
