I went through a short, multi-stage Software Engineer loop that felt straightforward and qualification-focused over a couple of interviews.

HR scheduling + qualification check — HR arranged the session and covered role expectations, followed by a screening to assess qualification/skills.
Manager round — a manager conversation to validate fit, communication, and alignment to what the team needs.
HR follow-up — a final HR round to confirm expectations and the fit between the role and my background.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the experience was structured and easy to understand, with clear stages and what each round was trying to evaluate.
