I went through a process that felt frustratingly unresponsive for the Software Engineer role, with rounds that didn’t lead to timely feedback.

Recruiter screen(s) — I had initial interviews focused on fit and background.
Additional interview — I met or spoke with a senior developer or similar team member, but the questions felt mismatched or overly basic.
Follow-up gap — In multiple cases I waited weeks with no response or feedback, despite reaching out. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that communication and interviewer alignment significantly affected the experience.
