I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at devoteam with an average difficulty, and the main issue was the tone of the leadership interview.

HR screen — HR was friendly and helped set a welcoming atmosphere.
Cloud Operations director interview — The director of Cloud Operations was rude and dismissive; when I answered incorrectly, it escalated, and when I answered well, I was accused of reading answers. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even if the role-fit conversations look promising, the demeanor of the technical leadership can quickly derail the process.
