I went through an onboarding-style interview path that leaned light on deep technical depth, with quick conversations and multiple back-to-back meetings.

Initial discussion — I was asked about my past experience, education, and why I chose cloud engineering; it felt chill, short, and not very technical.
Pen-and-paper gate + back-to-back rounds — In another similar flow, we started with pen-and-paper, then moved into a sequence of three interviews: technical, managerial, then HR. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the process overall felt less about deep engineering depth and more about baseline fit.
