I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in a relatively smooth, structured process that ended with an offer call after a couple of conversations and a technical step.

Recruiter / intro call — I discussed my background and the project, focusing on motivation and general fit.
Technical call — I spoke with the project team and covered core software engineering concepts.
Final or closing conversation — I wrapped up with HR or a final recruiter/team call where the offer terms were shared. Outcome: I felt the process was straightforward and well organized, and for this track it typically ended in an offer.
