I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at devoteam where the difficulty felt easy-to-moderate, with HR first and then a short technical architecture exercise.

HR discussion — I started with an HR conversation, then they moved me to technical stages.
Technical interviews (two stages) — I had two tech interviews, each about 40 minutes. The questions focused on specific areas and included an example architecture discussion. Outcome: No offer in my case; the takeaway is that their technical evaluation in this path was targeted and practical rather than overly theoretical.
