I hit a tougher technical moment in the Software Engineer interview process and felt unprepared for the specific question style.

Technical discussion — I was asked a difficult topic; even though I could see it was a test of depth, I ultimately withdrew rather than push through.
Mindset-based feedback — In another instance, the interview felt harder than expected, but the interviewer paid attention to composure and how I approached unknown answers. Outcome: I didn’t advance on this track, and the takeaway was that both technical depth and calm problem-solving under pressure mattered.
