This one started with an HR phone call where I coordinated scheduling with team leaders and the director.

After that, it escalated into a panel interview. What made it stand out was the on-site presentation requirement: I had to prepare a presentation for engineers and then answer questions during the interview.

Being on site and having to present in front of a group made the difficulty feel very high. I wasn’t offered the role, but at least I understood that the process was designed to see how I performed under pressure and how clearly I could communicate to technical peers.
