Delta Electronics Software Engineer interview experience

Hard

Positive

From the recruiter call, the timeline felt like the part that wore me down.

It wasn’t that the interviews themselves were impossibly hard, but the whole stretch from first contact to an eventual offer letter took a long time and needed a lot of patience. What stood out most was how responsive the recruiters were compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere.

Overall, I walked away feeling like the process wasn’t great, but it was still good—mostly because it ran with clear communication, even if it ended up being tiring to wait through. I didn’t end up getting an offer.
