My journey ran longer than I expected, stretching to roughly two months end to end.

The process had four clear steps: first an online assessment that took about an hour and a half, then a CV interview for around 30 minutes, followed by a case study interview lasting about 60 minutes, and finally a partner interview that was also about 60 minutes.

The technical part I experienced leaned on core subject knowledge, but it was framed around finance concepts and responsibilities tied to the role. Timing-wise, each segment felt purposeful, and the whole flow made it hard to relax—every stage felt like another checkpoint toward whether I could handle the day-to-day
