The process moved quickly at first and then turned into a disappointment.

After I received a verbal offer, I expected the next steps to follow, but I ended up being left waiting and essentially ignored. Later I learned the offer was rescinded.

The explanation I was given was tied to salary expectations not matching what another candidate would accept, which honestly felt discouraging because the momentum had already been there. It left me feeling like the process wasn’t dependable once the offer stage happened.
