My recruitment path felt pretty elimination-focused, and I moved through several distinct stages.

There was an initial HR screening centered on CV-based behavioural questions, plus a case and guesstimate component. That first step already set the expectation that they weren’t only looking at how I talked—they also wanted to see how I reasoned through uncertainty.

The next round jumped straight into a manager interview with behavioural questions mixed in with case questions. It felt like the bar got higher quickly, because I wasn’t given a long ramp-up to settle in. After that, there was a third HR interview to wrap up the process.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I did come away
