I was invited to interview and the scheduling didn’t take too long.

The conversation mainly focused on why Deloitte, and I remember it being shaped around my first-time experience with a big four environment—so I had to help them understand my motivation and where I was coming from.

The part that helped me was that they asked in a way where I could find answers, and I didn’t feel completely thrown off. The overall vibe was that they were looking to understand me, not just test technical knowledge.
