My early campus recruiting interviews were quick and easy, with mostly self-introduction and light conversation.

Campus interview (university system) — I interviewed on campus with two people, including someone from Daikin and another from a related family company.
Career fair quick chat — In another similar entry point, I met a representative at a university career fair, then interviewed the next day.
Mostly about me and activities — The questions focused on my background and activities rather than deep technical testing. Outcome: No offer; it was friendly and low pressure but didn’t result in follow-up.
