I interviewed in a straightforward two-interview flow for a Software Engineer role, but the emphasis leaned more on fit and ramp-up than deep coding.

Virtual interview — I discussed my background and the role; it was generally okay and didn’t include technical questions.
In-person interview — I met the hiring manager, commercial manager, and HR, and focused on expectations and next steps.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that they may prefer operational/product readiness and learning plans over classic technical screening.
