Kuala LumpurPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a generally neutral process, but overall fit concerns affected my decision.

Interview process (Japan-company context) — the overall process was described as neutral, within a workplace known for non-flexible working hours.
Compensation/allowance concerns — while no detailed round structure was provided, I focused on salary and allowances being low. Outcome: I didn’t pursue the offer; the key takeaway was to weigh total compensation and work-hour flexibility heavily.
