I experienced a typical screening-to-phone-interview pipeline, with some waiting and extra follow-up needed after the interview.

Online application to recruiter outreach — After applying online, I waited a few weeks and was contacted for a short phone interview.
Recruiter phone screen — A recruitment women interviewer asked about my background and fit.
Engineering manager call — I then had a longer call with two engineering team managers.
Post-interview follow-up — In another similar candidate experience, I was advised to follow up by email and sometimes call again after a few days. Outcome: No offer; the process was standard but outcomes could take time and required persistence.
