I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an overall average difficulty and a multi-round timeline across HR and technical check-ins.

Aptitude / initial screening — an aptitude test before any technical discussion, as part of an eliminating sequence.
Group discussion + short technical — a group discussion first (described as not especially difficult), followed by short interviews; the technical discussion included questions about what factors determine an AC’s placement in a room.
Technical/lead round — another round with senior technical leadership and HR themes resurfacing (family background, strengths/weaknesses, and interest area preferences), with the session feeling more involved than the first.
