BengaluruPosted Mar 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a full-day flow where an online/computer-based aptitude test preceded a technical interview, with HR managed after a waiting period.

Aptitude round (computer screen) — I completed an aptitude assessment that also included technical questions.
Technical interview — I was asked from basics through to more complex questions based on academics and prior projects.
HR round — HR was expected in the day plan; I waited briefly and then got called in for the final stage.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was to be ready for a broad sweep from basic concepts to project-linked details within one long day.
