PunePosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an elimination-style process where after an initial test I went into a face-to-face technical discussion and then HR.

Aptitude + technical test — an initial aptitude/technical assessment to shortlist candidates.
F2F technical interview — I was asked technical questions and was evaluated on my knowledge and fit; in the conversation, we also touched on my projects and the difficulty I faced while working on them.
HR interview — HR followed up after the technical discussion and the overall process was described as eliminating at each stage. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the overall feel was that each stage acted as a filter even though the questioning felt manageable.
