I went through a compact three-stage process that started with a written MCQ screen, then shifted to basic programming during the technical round, and ended with HR.

Written (MCQ) — I answered 30 questions spanning Java and database topics.
Technical F2F — I handled core Java/data structure questions and wrote basic programs like prime and factorial; I could also be asked to work with structures like stacks.
HR round — I completed an HR discussion.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the written MCQ directly shaped the technical scope and level of basic program expectations.
